My passion
My authentic passion for living an incredibly inspired and productive life has shaped my coaching practice. I am a champion for success, communication and conscious leadership. I am passionate about what is possible for everyone who wants more for themselves. I teach you how to create true wealth for yourself. I coach how to get out of your own way, get inspired and stay on fire without sending your life or yourself up in flames!
Not just a career
Coaching is not just a career for me, it is a way of life. I have an innate talent for helping others learn how to live and lead more effectively. I founded Cultivate Your Life, LLC and Cultivate Your Leaders, LLC to teach professionals, executives and executive management teams how to expose and execute their natural talents for the benefit of the team and themselves.
I am a member of the ICF. I have been a member and leader of executive teams throughout my newspaper career that spanned over 20 years. I have direct and extensive experience in the challenges facing mid and upper management having managed a multi-million dollar business line through record growth.
I have experience in leading a multi-level management hierarchy through re-organizations, restarts and record breaking performance. I assist both national and international management clients in building high performance teams by identifying individual and group barriers to effectiveness and develop and execute programs to correct the problem.
I am a person, a daughter, a sister, a mother, a grandmother, an aunt and all of these relationships have brought me deep wisdom. I raised five daughters who became incredible women and know the challenges of child rearing and family relationships.
I received my coaching education from several highly ranked institutions, including John F. Kennedy University in San Diego, California and One Spirit Learning Alliance in New York City. I currently serve as the official coach for EWF International, a nationally franchised peer advisory group for female business owners. I am certified as an Occupational Evaluation Analyst and I am a frequent contributor to internet publications, business publications and presenter on the merits and “how-to” of conscious leadership and other strategies to manage and lead from a place of emotional maturity.
While I could make an extensive list of my external accomplishments, the most significant accomplishment for me is to understand and embrace that I am human and imperfect, but I can love myself anyway. Under all the layers of external positioning, I am a human who struggles with “being” just like you. I have committed my life to learning and coaching all of us to be a bit more loving to ourselves and others.
